A Physical ticket can be a paper, season cards, wristband or any other type. In StubHub International, you must list these tickets as Physical tickets. You will not be able to ship until your buyer provides a delivery address.

In this article, we want to explain you all the process. From when you receive a sale, until it is delivered.

Different delivery options

Once you have received the sale, depending on the type of delivery set up for the event, you will be able to:

  • Download a shipping label from your profile. Continue reading here to learn more about the delivery via the prepaid label that we will provide you.
  • Access the customer's address to make the shipment on your own. This is because in the country where the event is held, we do not have an arranged courier service. If this is your case, we recommend that you read this article to fully understand how to send the tickets.

How to download the label?

It's very easy! Just follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your sale in your StubHub International account
  2. Click on 'Print delivery label'
  3. A pop-up window will open asking if you are ready to ship now. If so, click 'Print'. You will have 2 days to ship.
    • If the button is gray you have to wait until your buyer provides the address. If by your ticket delivery deadline you are still unable to download the label, contact us so we can assist you.
  4. The label will appear in the window, download to print later.
  5. Then, prepare the package:
    1. Place the tickets and the cover sheet that’s printed with the label into a plain A4 envelope (or a UPS envelope).
    2. Attach the delivery label clearly to the outside of the envelope.
    3. Either drop the tickets off at a UPS store or schedule a UPS pickup

Once handed over to the courier, the order status will change to IN TRANSIT, and when the customer receives their tickets, it will change to DELIVERED.

Can I hand deliver the tickets?

No. StubHub International requires proof of dispatch to guarantee your payment.

Please take the parcel to your nearest UPS post office as described in your shipping instructions.

In my sale it says the tickets are not delivered when I’ve already shipped

Sales are updated as “Delivered” on our system, once we obtain a proof of delivery from the recipient (and/or the delivery service used).

If your tickets do not show as delivered yet, this may be the reason, or the delivery service has not delivered them yet. You can check the status of the delivery by entering the tracking number provided by the delivery service via their website. If you used the prepaid label to ship tickets, you don't need to do anything else. The status will automatically update when UPS scans the package.

Status hasn't updated within 72 business hours? Contact us with your sale number and proof of postage.
