Did you buy tickets for a match that will be take care in the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium? If so, don't forget this article to understand how to receive your tickets.


Tickets for many sporting events are not printed until close to the date of the game. Sometimes even just 24 hours in advance.

There are different delivery options for this event. We will explain each one below.



It can be paper tickets or season card.  

Depending on the timing of your purchase, we will either send your order via courier or deliver it in person on the day of the match. 

  • Shipping: Make sure to provide a valid and complete address. Given the date of issue of the tickets, we recommend that you provide an address in Madrid. 
    • If you need to make any changes, here you can read the steps to follow. 
    • Once the seller ships the item, you will receive an email with shipping details (such as the courier, tracking number, and possibly an estimated delivery date).
  • Last-minute purchase: One of our representatives will contact you to arrange delivery near the venue on the day of the match. Make sure we have a valid email address and phone number.

In case you receive membership cards, you'll need to return to the seller after the match. 


It's electronic ticket. You will receive tickets as a PDF format. 

Once the seller uploads the file to the transaction, you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation and a invitation to download from your account. 

Login into your Account, go to "Orders", "Opens" tab, under the transaction, click on "Get tickets" to download them.

Don't forget to print them so you will need the physical tickets to access the stadium.
