When will I receive the tickets?

Tickets for Ajax matches are usually issued close to the event date  —  sometimes as late as 24 hours before kickoff. This is normal. As part of our 100% guarantee, we ensure you’ll receive your tickets on time to attend the match.


How will I receive the tickets?

Your tickets will be transferred via the Ajax Official App using the same email address linked to your StubHub International account. 


⚠️ Important: Your tickets will NOT appear in your StubHub International account. You must access them through the Ajax Official App.


Registration

  1. Download the Ajax Official App on your mobile device.
  2. Open the app and tap Login (if you already have an account) or Create Account to register.
  3. Enter your email address — make sure it matches the one registered on StubHub International.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification code and enter it in the app.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a password and complete your registration.


Access your Tickets

Once the seller transfers your tickets, you will receive two emails:

  • From StubHub International confirming that your order has been completed.
  • From Ajax (ticket provider) confirming that the tickets have been transferred. It's important that you also check your spam inbox and read carefully the details on the email.


⚠️  ? Important: If you haven't registered in the Ajax Official App before the transfer, you may not receive the second email.


To view your tickets:

  1. Open the Ajax Official App and log in with the email address registered on StubHub International.
  2. Go to the "Tickets" section to access your tickets.


Can't see them? 

If you are facing issued receiving the tickets, pull the grey box on top of the app (Tickets section) to refresh it.
