The estimated delivery date for your order is subject to change based on when the tickets are released. For sporting events and some concerts, they are released very close to the event date, ranging from a few days to barely 24 hours before the event. This happens due to security updates, artist demands, and technology changes.

The date that appears next to your order is established based on the availability of the tickets by the seller (for example, the seller has them in hand at the time of purchase) and/or possible delays in the delivery of the tickets.

Has the estimated date informed in the purchasing process passed?

As a result of any of these factors, it is possible that the seller has modified the estimated delivery date that we communicate to you in the confirmation email. You can check the estimated delivery date by following these steps:

  1. Log into your profile
  2. Go to the 'Orders', 'Current' tab and search for your order

  3. In 'Delivery', next to it, you'll be able to read 'Ready for {date}'. This is the date communicated by the seller.

Once the tickets are delivered, you'll receive an email with instructions to follow (in case they are electronic or mobile transfer).

In any case, you don't have to worry. With our 100% FanProtect Guarantee, we ensure that you will receive your tickets in time to enjoy the event.
