Eligible Participants

Existing StubHub International customers aged 18 or over who are resident in Mexico and receive an invitation from StubHub International to complete the customer survey (the “Survey”).

How to participate

Participation is voluntary and free. Invited customers may complete and submit the Survey during the Survey Period. No purchase, payment or minimum spend is required.

Prize / incentive

No prize, Promo Code or other reward is offered for completing the Survey in Mexico. Participation in the Survey does not constitute entry into the StubHub International Customer Survey Prize Draw available in certain other markets.

Purpose

The Survey is conducted for customer research, satisfaction and service improvement purposes.

Territorial restriction applies

Valid only for purchases made on eligible StubHub International domains and in countries where the service is offered

Survey Period

From 7 September 2026 until 11 September 2026, inclusive.

Part 2 - General Terms and Conditions 

 

  1. The Survey is operated by Ticketbis, S.L., trading as StubHub International (“StubHub International”).
  2. Participation in the Survey is voluntary and is limited to customers who receive an invitation from StubHub International.
  3. No purchase, payment or minimum spend is required to participate.
  4. The Survey is conducted solely for customer research, satisfaction and service improvement purposes.
  5. Participants in Mexico will not be entered into a prize draw and will not receive a Prize, Promo Code or other reward as a result of completing the Survey.
  6. StubHub International may exclude responses that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or submitted through misuse of the Survey.
  7. StubHub International may suspend, amend or close the Survey where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
  8. Survey responses and other personal data collected in connection with the Survey will be processed for customer research and analysis purposes and in accordance with the applicable StubHub International Privacy Policy.
  9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights available to participants under applicable law.
