When will I receive them?
There are different ways to check the estimated time and type of ticket you will receive.
- During the payment process, you will be able to see this information.
- In the confirmation email you will receive once the order is confirmed.
- From your Profile > Orders > Current tab.

How will I receive them?
Paper
Make sure to provide a valid and complete address. If you need to make any changes, you can read the steps to follow here.
Once the seller ships the tickets, you will receive an email with shipping details (such as courier, tracking number, and possibly an estimated delivery date).
Print-at-Home
You will receive the tickets in PDF format.
Once the seller uploads the file to the transaction, you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation and an invitation to download them from your account.
Log in to your account, go to Orders, and under the transaction, click on "Get tickets" to download them.
Mobile Transfer
It's a digital ticket that you'll need to show from your smartphone. Follow these steps from your mobile device.
How to access them?
- You will receive an email with the link(s) for the purchased ticket(s) – it's one URL per attendee.
- Click on each link and depending on your mobile device, follow these steps:
- For Android, you need to have the "Passwallet" app installed or similar apps (like WalletPasses, Pass2U Wallet, etc.).
- In Downloads, click on the ⠇ icon, select "Share," and choose the Wallet app (if you don't have it, we recommend some apps you can use).
- Finally, click "Accept" to save the tickets in your Wallet app.
- If you have an iPhone, you won't need to download an external app.
- After clicking "Add to Apple Wallet," a pop-up window with the ticket will appear. If you can't open the link from the email, we recommend copying and opening it directly in Safari, then save it to your Apple Wallet.
- Click "Next," and an "Automatic Selection" screen will appear. Don't touch anything! Just press "Done" to save the tickets in Wallet.
- For Android, you need to have the "Passwallet" app installed or similar apps (like WalletPasses, Pass2U Wallet, etc.).
- Open the Wallet app, and you'll be able to see the tickets.
On the event day...
Remember, you are responsible for bringing your ticket to the venue on your smartphone. Images, PDF files, or printed tickets will not be valid.
To access the venue, just open the Wallet app, select the ticket(s), and scan at the gate... Enjoy the show!
