The In Hand Date (IHD) is the date you'll have the tickets in person (or in hand). It means if they sell, you're ready to deliver them to the buyer. You can deliver tickets before this date.
If you do not have the tickets in your possession, please choose the option to deliver them later and choose the date on which you think you will be able to send them to the buyer.
New In Hand Date on a listing
You can change any time before the tickets sell.
- Login into your profile
- Go to 'Listings', 'Active' tab and search for your listing
- Click on 'Edit listing'
- Under 'You'll have the tickets by', click on 'Change date' to open the calendar and choose a new day
- Click Save
New In Hand Date on a sale
- Login into your profile
- Go to the 'Sales', 'Open' tab and search for your sale
- Click on 'Make Changes'
- Click on 'I need to change the date I'll deliver the tickets'
- Click the square next to 'New date I'll have my tickets' to open the calendar and choose a new day
- At latest, tap on 'Submit'
The date will be updated in our system and we will notify your buyer so they are aware of the change. If they don't accept it, we'll charge your credit card according to our seller policies.
