There is a new feature available in our platform for share the URL tickets! We hope you find it as practical as it is for us ;)

In this article we are going to guide you on how to deliver them to the buyer.

How does it work?

If you list URL tickets for any event and you sell them, you will need to access your Account and follow those steps:

  1. Go to Sales
  2. Under the sale, tap on the Confirm / Transfer button.
  3. Select I have one or more tickets links to transfer and then, you will be able to adding the links. Make sure there are no spaces, special characters or commas at the end of each URL 
    • If you only have one. Insert the ticket link in the grey section
    • If you have more than one. Tap the tongue "I have more than one ticket link" to being able to add the additional tickets. 
  4. Everything is correct? Click on Confirm button and the sale will be updated to Delivered.

What's next? 

You will receive an automatic email informing that the sale has been delivered and when to expect the payment. 

On the other hand, we will send an email to the buyer in order to inform the tickets are available.
