When will I be receiving my tickets?
As soon as the tickets are available to the sellers, they will be able to execute the transfer to you. 

At the moment, the Organiser is progressively distributing tickets to sellers. They have confirmed that not all tickets will be sent at the same time so it may take several days until all of them are out. They are working to events dates and priority is expected to be given to the nearest/earliest events.  We ask you to be patient until your order is ready. Don't worry, StubHub International is following up on all outstanding tickets to ensure you receive yours on time and we will let you know as soon as they are available! 


How will I be receiving my tickets?

Tickets are Mobile tickets. This means that the seller will use the Organiser App to send you the tickets to the email address you have registered with us.

The delivery procedure is very simple! Once the seller transferred the tickets to your email address, you will get an automatic email from the Organiser App informing you and you will be provided all instructions in order to accept them. You have 72 hours to accept the transfer. Once this deadline has lapsed without your acceptance, the tickets will be returned to the seller. If this happens, please let us know asap so that we can contact the seller to reprocess the transfer.


Do not forget that this transfer is done through the Organiser App, and the tickets will be exclusively available via Mobile App.

Your tickets will neither be in your StubHub International account, nor be a downloadable PDF, and should NOT be printed. They are exclusively available via Mobile App. However, the barcode will not be available until the day of the event.  


NOTE: Due to a technical issues with the app, it's possible that you will receive the tickets by email instead of Mobile App. It has the same validity and you will be able to attend the match. You just only need to scan the QR Codes at the venue to access. 


Do I need to do anything on the day of the event?
On the day of the event, you and your companions must enter the event together as the tickets will have to be scanned from your phone. Additionally, you and your accompanists will need to take with you the Hayya Card confirmation form. 

  • When attending the event, remember to have your mobile phone ON, fully charged, Bluetooth enabled, and with the App notifications activated. 
  • Once you arrive at the venue, open the official Organiser Mobile Ticket app. Your ticket will be activated via Bluetooth connection. A QR code will be displayed on the Mobile Ticket in the app. Make sure to adjust your screen to maximum brightness to scan your ticket at the entrance.

In case you received the QR Codes instead of the Ticket app, you will need to scan it from your mobile device and 


What do I do if I have resold or given my tickets to a third person?
In the event that you have purchased tickets from us and are planning to give them to someone else, you must contact us to provide the correct email address, First and Last Name of the final people attending the event to execute the transfer. You will not be able to do it by yourself since the Organiser only accepts transfers made from the original ticket holder account. 


We advise that you check in detail on the organiser's website all the conditions and restrictions that are imposed by the Government of Qatar for your trip. StubHub International is not responsible for any attendee disregarding the  local measures for this event.
