Sales are updated as “Delivered” on our system, once we obtain a proof of delivery from the recipient (and/or the delivery service used). 

If your tickets do not show as delivered yet, this may be the reason, or the delivery service has not delivered them yet. You can check the status of the delivery by entering the tracking number provided by the delivery service via their website.

If you used the prepaid label to ship tickets, you don't need to do anything else. The status will automatically update when UPS or Royal Mail scans the package.
