To deliver a type of mobile ticket to the buyer:

  1. Find the Sale info section in the email you received from us when the tickets were sold. There you will find the details you need to transfer the tickets.
  2. Go to your original ticket provider account (the team, Ticketmaster, AXS Flash, etc) and select the tickets you sold.
  3. Transfer the tickets from your original ticket provider account.
  4. Go to your StubHub International account, and find your sale. Click on Confirm transfer to let us know that you have already transfer your tickets. If you don't see the button, you're all set! We'll automatically confirm your order within 30 minutes of transferring the tickets.


In case the buyer hasn't accepted the ticket transfer and you followed these instructions correctly, don't worry we will contact you in case we need anything from you.
